All sales are final. Because every Woman of Purpose membership includes immediate access to our digital courses, content, and private online community, we do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, once a purchase is complete.
Immediate access
When your payment is processed, you receive access to the Woman of Purpose community and its digital content right away. Digital access cannot be returned, so all purchases are non-refundable.
Lifetime membership
Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable. What lifetime membership includes is described at checkout and in the Woman of Purpose Membership Agreement.
Monthly membership
- You can cancel your monthly membership at any time.
- When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time.
Billing errors
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will correct the error.
Buy now, pay later
If you paid with a buy now, pay later provider such as Klarna or Afterpay, this policy still applies. Your payment plan with that provider is a separate agreement between you and the provider.
Removal from the community
If a membership is ended because a member violates our community guidelines or Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
